BREAKAGES DEPOSIT
As shown on your confirmation invoice, you are required to pay a breakage deposit of € 155,00 on your arrival and you should collect it before you depart from the accommodation. The deposit protects against accidental breakages, telephone, central heating and any other service which costs extra.

Each appartment it’s furnished with linen and dishes.

Voltage 220 Volts.
HEATING AND FIREWOOD
Each appartment has indipendent central heating and fire place.
TELEPHONE
A telephone is available in each appartment.
INTERNET
Wi-Fi High speed internet access is available in the pool area and in the common room (outside and inside). You can buy the access cards at the reception.

Every Wednesday someone will bring you a change of towels.
For all the guests that are staying more than one week, on Friday evening someone will bring your clean linen in a basket.
BARBECUE, WASHING MACHINE AND LAUNDRY
The barbecue and washing machine are at guest’s disposal.
BREAKFAST
On request and served between 8.00 a.m. and 10.00 a.m.
DINNER
Three times per week we organize a dinner. We need a minimum of 8 adult partcipants to serve dinner.
FINAL CLEANING
Final cleaning charge of € 15,00 per person.
ARRIVAL
Between 4.00 p.m. and 7.30 p.m. unless advised otherwise.
DEPARTURE
Before 10.00 a.m. unless advised otherwise.
